All customer related data will be transmitted under a secure channel using strong encryption. In some particular circumstances the data can be transmitted in a unencrypted form when they are required for processing an order (e,g. customer warranty information sent to the product's manufacturer, distributor or partner).
User personal information can be deleted on the user's request. However, for technical and operation reasons, some information pertaining to the customer's orders can still remain and be stored for a period up to 5 years.
Customer's personal information can be stored in a paper form documents for an infinite amount of time. These documents are stored in a secure location and will not be shared with third parties. If these documents need to be eliminated or recycled, their contents will be destroyed to preserve the customer's privacy.
We only share customer's personal information with a third-party when stricly necessary for the processing and completion of an order, including warranty and returns information.
We do not collect, sell or share data for advertising or commercial purposes.
We do not track or collect users behaviors and thus for any reasons.
Personal information such as the first name, last name, postal address, email address and phone number may be transmitted to a freight or shipping company for the only and sole use of transporting products to the customer. We do not share information about a package content unless it's strictly necessary for custom declaration purposes.
